For review and correction:
- the formatting for math equations is really obnoxious and not smooth at all in the text
- figure 1.3 in Modeling Background in the Enabling and completion rules for actions sub-subsection only shows diagrams (a)-(c), but the paragraph talks about a fourth possible (d) scenario. You'll have to scroll down just a little.
- there's something just grammatically wrong with the NEW bullet point and I'm not quite sure what the original intended comment is supposed to be/how to re-word this.
